    Returns & Exchanges

    Please email us at customersupport@diogiebrand.com to initiate a Return or Exchange

    Returns & Exchanges - 
    We have a 45-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After a return or exchange has been requested, we'll email you a return shipping label and ask you to send the item back in it's original or similar quality packaging. All exchanges are free for orders shipped in the US.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

    Once your return or exchange is received, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in unworn and undamaged condition. 

    Canadian Returns & Exchanges - We do offer returns and exchanges on Canadian orders. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This will take place after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive email confirmation of the refund. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

    Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. The newly requested item will be sent out and you will receive a tracking notification for the newly requested item. 

    Damaged Product - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you do find damage, please contact us at customersupport@diogiebrand.com. We may ask you to provide images of the damage or defect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
