When will I receive my order?

How do I track my order?
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped! 

    Can I update/change my address?
    - We will do our very best to change your address before your order has shipped. Please note: If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address. Please update your address as soon as possible by contacting us at info@diogiebrand.com

     

    EXCHANGES & RETURNS


    Merchandise must remain unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same form that the payment was received.
     
    Please note:

    *All mark-down items are final sales, and are ineligible for a return or exchange.
    *Diogie LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen upon delivery 

     

    To Return/Exchange your purchases by mail:

    1. Fill out the online returns/exchange form at the bottom of the page.

    2. Upon submitting your form, please include a note in your return package confirming the following details of the exchange/return:
      - Name and order #
      - Reason for return
      - If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the unwanted item and order the new item of your choice from our website

    3. Ship to:

    Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send merchandise back to us. We will cover shipping cost to get the new size/style back to you.

    We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive it in the mail (Monday to Friday).

    Returning for a refund?
    - The refund will be issued onto the CC used to place the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Returning an item you received as a gift?
    - The refund will be issued in the form of store credit via email.

    Returning for an exchange?
    - We will send you the style/size you are wanting in exchange as soon as we receive your return package in the mail. Once we receive your return package, you can expect to receive your exchanged item(s) within 4-6 business days.

    We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
