Can I change an item in my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot add or edit item(s). If you need to exchange the item please see Shipping, Exchanges & Returns.
Tracking shows that my order was delivered, but I can't find it.
If tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you can’t find it, please follow these steps.
- Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly
- See if there was an attempted delivery
- Check around the delivery location (if in an apartment, check with the front desk/security)
- Wait 24 additional hours - and reach out to the carrier delivering the package
